Calling all Cambridge House past pupils

HAVEN’T seen your old school friends in years? Would like to catch up with them but no one has organised a re-union in ages? Don’t despair! Cambridge House Past Pupils’ Association (CHPPA) have organised a dinner for all past pupils.

The dinner will take place on Saturday, March 10 at the Ross Park Hotel. A three course meal followed by live entertainment will cost £25 per person. Special accommodation rates are also available directly from the Ross Park Hotel (028 2589 1663) for anyone wishing to stay over.

“This dinner has turned into a very popular annual event” said CHPPA President Robert Craig. “All past pupils will be made very welcome and we would encourage all to come along. Some past pupils use the occasion as a mini re-union by block booking tables for their year group or circle of school friends. Others are happy to come along for the surprise of who else might be there if we can still recognise each other with the passing years!” said Robert.

A “Cambridge House Memory Lane Gallery” PowerPoint slide show will be shown on the night with many interesting old school-related photos from over the years. CHPPA would really appreciate and encourage past pupils to send them any photos they may have in their procession to be included in the PowerPoint show. All photos will be returned on the night of the dinner.

Apart from this event being a great night’s craic with old school friends there is also the opportunity to help raise funds for charity by giving a voluntary donation on the night. This year CHPPA will be supporting the work of the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice.
