CLIC Sargent is Wetherspoons’ nominated charity this year and Causeway Volunteer Centre is delighted to be working with them.

Participants are encouraged to raise as much as possible in sponsorship. After the walk all walkers are invited for light refreshments courtesy of Wetherspoons.

Community Fundraising Manager, Fionnuala Savage, says, "Each week in Northern Ireland two children or young people are diagnosed with cancer or leukaemia.

“CLIC Sargent Northern Ireland acts as a lifeline keeping families together when the unimaginable happens we rely on donations to support children and young people with cancer and their families and the sponsored Volunteer Walk 4 Charity really can make a difference to those living with childhood cancer ."
