Camera taken

A MAN made off with a digital camera from a supermarket at Rushmere.

Police said the theft happened just before 5pm on Friday, February 19 when the man lifted a Samsung ES15 camera and ran out of the store.

He made off toward the back path of the Highfield estate.

He was described as being 5ft 4in tall, black, of thin build and was wearing a black baseball cap, a green combat type coat and blue jeans. He was also carrying a yellow Argos bag.

Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Tank stolen

A COPPER tank was stolen from a house in Bleary.

Sometime overnight between February 24 and 25 thieves smashed a window and stole the tank.

Police are appealing for information they are also asking members of the community to remain vigilant against this type of crime and report any suspicious activity to them.

Saw taken

POLICE in Craigavon are appealing for information following the theft of a saw from a building site at Lismore Manor.

Some time between 2.45pm and 3pm last Friday an industrial Stihl 9in saw was taken from the site.

It is believed that a silver car may have been involved in the theft.

House burglary

THREE men are thought to be behind a burglary in the Brae Manor area of Waringstown.

At 7.35pm on Wednesday, February 24, entry was gained to a house and a number of items taken including a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

It is believed that three men were involved and that a vehicle was used.

Police are appealing to anyone who is offered items of this nature for sale in suspicious circumstances or has information in relation to the burglary.

Lead theft

POLICE in Lurgan are appealing for information following the theft of lead from the roof of a building on Lough Road.

It's believed the lead may have been taken between February 18 to 25.

Police are appealing to anyone who was in the area and noticed any suspicious activity around the Lough Road area to contact them.

Sat Nav disappears

A SATELLITE navigation system was stolen from a car in Fox's Hill.

Some time overnight between Tuesday, February 23 and Wednesday, February 24, entry was gained to a car and the system taken.
