'Campbell has a Jedward moment'

She said: “Today Gregory Campbell congratulated himself on his poor voting record at Westminster. In the past nine years his average voting record was 39%.

“This is well below the average for an MP. He praises himself because his voting record is better than the even worse record of Willie Ross of 29%, when he was the MP, back in the last century.

“By any standard 39% is just as much a fail as 29%. Has this man no shame? This is like Jon congratulating himself for being a better singer than Edward!”

Mrs Macaulay added: “East Londonderry deserves better. We need an open, committed and energetic, full time MP who is 100% committed to the people of East Londonderry.”
