Gone are the days that charity shops were just for old ladies! TV presenter and stylist Gok Wan has shattered many of these myths. Gok’s fashion fix series highlighted how you can update your wardrobe on a budget by using charity shops. Gok himself does buy from charity shops, surely if a huge TV stylist can look for a bargain, then so can you.

Clare Carson from Can Can Recycling, Bazaar’s sister business said “ We service over 30 clothing banks in the community, this enables us to have a huge range of stock and very good quality of clothing. Many people donate unwanted presents and rash purchases so charity shopping doesn't necessarily mean what you may think of as second-hand. Our collection on show Thursday night will in no doubt surprise you.”

All fashion enthusiasts are encouraged to attend this event, pay 2.00 at door and receive a free raffle ticket for a top prize drawn on the night.
