Cancer Focus plans big day

Cancer Focus Northern Ireland is making an urgent appeal for people to clear out their closets and drop in unwanted clothes to their local shops as part of a Donation Day.

Supported by TV personality Pamela Ballantine Donation Day will take place on Saturday September 13 at the local store 26 Market Square and others across NI.

Angela McGrath, Cancer Focus Retail Development Manager, said: “Donations are crucial to the good work that we do.”

The stores welcome donations of unwanted gifts, quality clothing, accessories, books, CDs/DVDs, toys and knick-knacks at any time of the year.

Money raised through the Cancer Focus NI shops is invested in Keeping Well vans.
