Car boot sales

THREE car boot sales are being held by Roger and Val Denny on June 25 and July 30.

The events will take place at the Old Rectory, 263 Whitepark Road, Dunseverick, Bushmills from 9am to 1pm.

All the proceeds from the events will go to the Missions to Seafarers and the Samaritans.

Hot and cold refreshments will be available and home baking will be on sale.

There will also be the usual facilities and much more.

Treasure hunt

BALLINTOY Womens institute is having a treasure hunt on Monday 13th June, from the parish hall, from 7pm.

Members are trying to raise funds for 60th anniversary events.

Pamper evening

A pampering night for women of all ages is being held at 7.45 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31 in Ballymoney Parish Hall.

Everyone will be made welcome and can expect an evening of relaxation and a chance to sample some of the finer things in life.

Big Breakfast

STRANOCUM and District Community Association is holding a ‘Big Breakfast’ in Roseyards Presbyterian Church hall on Saturday, June 11 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

On this occasion, the price for adults is £5 and for primary school children £2.

A donation will be given to Clic Sargent (caring for Children with cancer).

A good meal will be served to those who attend and everyone will be made welcome.

Mosside experience

Mosside Development Group together with Mosside Monday Club and Mosside Youth Club invite you to join them for

Mosside – Past & Present, An intergenerational experience.

The event will be held on Friday 10th June starting at 7.30pm in Mosside Presbyterian Church Hall and showcase costumes - past and present, farming implements, household equipment/utensils, war memorabilia, photographs and IT-modern communication techniques.

It will also feature an interactive display combining drama, music, storytelling and dance. Refreshments will be served.Admission is free. With funding from the Community Foundation for Northern Ireland.
