BALLYMENA Car Fest and truck show is back and bigger than ever, promising to be an incredible day out for the whole family.

The show will be held on Saturday, June 8 at Ballee Playing Fields, Antrim Road, Ballymena and will also include the Giants Live, World Strongman Tour, All Ireland European qualifier.

There will be a huge number of classes to cater for all, with over £4,000 worth of prizes. This year’s bumper show includes: TheNorthernIrelandTruckShow.com; The UlsterMotorShow.com; TheNorthernIrelandMotorcycleShow.com; live action arena; special attractions; club displays; motorsport cars; vintage tractors; vintage; classic and show bikes; car dealers; trade stands; auto jumble; raffle; auction items; food/refreshments and entertainment will be available.

All proceeds from the show will go to MacMillan Cancer Support.

A free coach will run every 30 minutes between the Carfest and the town centre for those requiring some retail therapy after viewing the fantastic show or for those stuck in the town shopping, you can come out and enjoy the Carfest.

Show’n’Shine classes - cars will be judged on what the judge can physically see when inspecting the entrant’s vehicle. Prizes will be awarded for ‘Best in Class’ and ‘Runner Up’ in each class.

Meguiar’s Northern Ireland Concours Car of the Year 2013 Arena- vehicles entered into this class will be meticulously judged on a number of different areas including: exterior; interior; underbody; engine bay; boot and presentation.

Entrants must be with vehicle at time of judging with their Concurs judging sheet. Points will be awarded for these different areas.

All show cars and exhibitors are required to be in place at the show prior to 10.45am.

Gates open from 8.00am for Show cars and exhibitors. Vehicles cannot be moved in the show area after it is open to the public.

All entrants must be pre-booked before Wednesday, May 22, the pre-booked entry fee is £10 while entries on the day are £15.
