Carecall contract is renewed

This has been used to support the council’s Managing Attendance and Stress policies since 2002, as part of the council’s provision of an occupational health service.

Meetings are held annually with Carecall to evaluate usage and feedback from employees who have availed of the service.

Feedback was found to be “consistently positive”, councillors attending a recent council meeting were told.

Under current contract renewal, this service is also available to members at no additional cost to the council.
