Carey Mill 'refusal'
PLANNERS are of the opinion to refuse outline plans for a site for a dwelling opposite 16 Carey Mill Road, Carey.
Planners say there are no over-riding reasons why the development is essential in this rural location and said a cluster of development is not associated with a focal point and not located at a crossroads.
Planners say it will create ribbon development and say the site lacks long established natural boundaries and is unable to provide a suitable degree of enclosure for the building to integrate into the landscape.
The applicant is Mr J. McKeague.
