Police put on lights and sirens as Shannon O’Reilly, of Drumalla Park, reached speeds of over 60mph and swerved across the road on June 14 this year.

She was not present in court as she was banned from driving for a year and given a one year conditional discharge as she was sentenced on charges of dangerous driving; failing to stop for police and and absence of insurance and a driving licence.

Defence barrister Aaron Thompson said his client got a car before getting her licence.
