Nial, from Killinchy, gave a talk about growing daffodils, explaining to members that the business has over 500 varieties of bulbs and how staff are kept busy ploughing, rotovating, planting and fertilising the bulbs to grow into beautiful daffodils which they take to various shows around the world. They get orders for the bulbs from all over the world, with the biggest market is North America.

Nial also brought along some bulbs for the ladies to buy.

The next meeting of Carnmoney WI will take place on Thursday, November 12 at 7.15pm.

Visitors are welcome to attend.
