Caroline’s 40th party bash raises £1,000

WOW! What a party...Magherafelt woman Caroline Artt turned 40 on March 21 (World Down’s Syndrome Day) and a few days later held at Moyola Park Golf Club.

All her family and friends enjoyed a fantastic night of craic, music and dancing. When the band belted out ‘Sweet Caroline’ (at least three times) Caroline proudly strutted her stuff.

Caroline has suffered from Pulmonary Hypertension most of her life and has benefited from new but expensive treatments.

The PH Association has supported and encourgaged Caroline and her family over the years.

So, rather than receive presents Caroline opted to have her party a fund raising event for this charity. A total of £1,000 was raised.

Along with her family Caroline wishes to thank everyone for their very generous donations and hope they all had an enjoyable time at the big party.
