Carrick author lands show on radio station

Carrick author Shirley Gault has landed a show on Northern Ireland's newest radio station Bighitsradio.uk.

The station, which streams live from Ards, was formerly Fever40.

It was established by Eddie West, ex-controller of Downtown and Cool FM.

Presenters include Paul Boyd, formerly of U105 and “Hendi” of “Hendi’s Happy House”.

Listeners can enjoy hits from the 50s to present day.

Meanwhile, Shirley’s new poetry collection “Don’t Forget Thursday” will be published within the next few weeks and available through Amazon.
