Carrick group reaches professional milestone

Four Carrickfergus residents are celebrating after they were recognised for their professional achievements.

Nicola Curry, Gwyneth Evans, Jonathan McConnell and William Young all achieved their Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) professional qualifications with DMS.

Amongst industry peers throughout Northern Ireland, Nicola and Gwyneth were presented with the CIPD Advanced Level Certificate/Diploma.

Meanwhile, Jonathan completed new programme Coaching for Positive Mental Well-being in the Workplace, introduced by DMS in partnership with Mindwise.

It was an extra special evening for William Young, deputy director of the HSC Leadership Centre, who was announced winner of the prestigious Human Resource/Learning and Development Practitioner of the Year.

Speaking at the awards evening, Lynn Carson, managing director of DMS, said: “It has been a pleasure to work with our candidates in the last 16 years and the success of the 89 individuals who have completed their CIPD qualification with DMS in the past year shows that we continue to add value to the HR/L&D profession throughout industry in Northern Ireland.”
