Castledawson: Barbecue in aid of Marie Curie

Organised by Patricia Diamond, musical entertainment will be provided by the fantastic “Whistling Donkeys”. This event not only offers an opportunity to see one of Irelands top groups, but also support a worthy cause.

Tickets are £10 each, and available from the venue now. You are advised to hurry, as there are a limited number of spaces!

Tamniarn cheque: Mr and Mrs Hugh Nicholl have presented a cheque for £2,500 to Mr William Evans and representatives of Castlehill Residential Home.

This amount was proceeds from the recent Tamniarn charity gymkhana. Organisers wish to thank everyone who took part or contributed on what proved a highly entertaining and successful day.
