Castledawson roundabout closing over the weekend
The A6 Castledawson Roundabout is to close from 7pm today (Friday, September 16), until 6am on Monday (September 19) to be resurfaced as part of the Magherafelt bypass scheme.
Diversions will be in place, with other routes signposted for those travelling between Magherafelt and Castledawson.
These include routes via Main Street, Station Road, Annaghmore Road, Castledawson bypass road, Annaghmore Road, Aughrim Road, King Street (Magherafelt), and Church Street.
It thought that some delays may result from the works.
The new Magherafelt bypass is due to open for business in mid October.
