Castledawson: Traffic chaos and electricity disruption
There was considerable chaos for some time when last Wednesday a bus broke down at Main Street in the town.
The PSNI were soon on the scene, directing traffic while the necessary repairs were carried out on the vehicle in question.
And, work is well under way at Davison Villas/ McMasters Crescent by a contractor on behalf of Northern Ireland Electricity. Estimated to last three to four weeks, extra care by both pedestrian and motorist is advised.
Indeed, due to this programme, NIE have stated that there will be an interruption to supply on Wednesday, August 20.
