Castlederg hottest spot in the UK
Castlederg was the warmest place in the whole of the UK on Monday, according to the Met Office.
The Co Tyrone village recorded a top temperature of 29.5C o close to the all-time record for Northern Ireland.
Forecasters say there could be more cloud around as the week progresses, temperatures do look set to hold up across Northern Ireland for at least the next few days.
