Castleview man denies assault
A Gilford man pleaded not guilty to a serious assault charge when he appeared on Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court.
He was Martin Oliver Doyle (51) of Castleview, who is charged that on March 5 last year he assaulted a male occasioning him actual bodily harm.
Doyle chose to have the case heard at the magistrates’ court and it was adjourned until October 27 to fix a date for contest.
