Catney extends his gratitude to voters
SDLP Lisburn Councillor Pat Catney has extended his gratitude to the people who supported him in the Lagan Valley Westminster Election.
Mr Catney commended Jeffrey Donaldson on a successful campaign and described the election as a positive result for the SDLP in Lagan Valley. “I would like to express my greatest gratitude and appreciation to everyone who helped me in what can only be described as a hard-fought campaign over the last couple of months,” he said. “I would also like to thank the thousands of voters who voted for prosperity over austerity and a better way to do politics by putting an X beside my name.”
