Caught on phone
A LURGAN man was using a hand-held mobile phone when driving on the M1, Craigavon Magistrates Court has heard.
Ruairi Daniel Headley (32), of Regency Court, was fined 100, with three penalty points, at Friday’s court. He admitted the offence which was detected on May 7.
Defending solicitor Mr Pat McMahon, said his client had a clear record.
