Caught out driving without insurance

For using a mobile phone while driving on the same date he was fined £100.

The court heard the offences came to light when he was seen using the phone while driving in Wellington Street, Lurgan.

Mr Conor Downey, representing the defendant, said his client had let his insurance policy slip and apologised for using the mobile phone.
