Caught outwithout licence
After he bought a car for £120 a man was caught driving without having a licence or insurance.
Radko Yordanov (25), Lough Road, Lurgan, was fined £250 and banned for two months for a no insurance offence on June 24 this year. A concurrent two month ban and a £90 fine were imposed for not having a driving licence.
He was also fined £40 for not having a vehicle test certificate and £40 for having a defective tyre.
He was stopped while driving on the Lough Road and told police he had bought the car for £129.
