Caught urinating beside his vehicle

An Aghagallon man was given ten penalty points last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for a drunk-in-charge offence.

Conor Brian McConville (24), Colane Road, Aghagallon was also fined £200.

In addition, he was fined £90 for indecent behaviour on the same date.

The court heard that, on April 18 this year, police received a report of anti-social behaviour at Bartin’s Bay car park.

They saw the defendant urinating while standing beside a vehicle. He confirmed ownership and he smelled of alcohol. A breath test gave a reading of 69.
