Caused collision

Nicolle McEvoy, of Oakdene Park, Bleary, also received four penalty points.

The court heard she drove out in front of another vehicle and caused a collision at Parkview Street, Lurgan. She said she was signalled to do so by another person. She had no previous convictions.

Mr Gerry Drain, representing the defendant, said it was her inexperience and lack of judgement which caused the collision.

He added that she had learned her lesson and would be more careful in the future.
