Causeway staff protest over car parking fees

Members claim that the Northern Trust have ignored staff views on proposed charging.

The union say that have challenged the Trust on the unique circumstances of the Causeway and Antrim Area Hospital sites - the lack of public transport infrastructure and alternative parking.

DUP councillor Trevor Clarke was present at the protest, he told The Times: “I fully support the staff on this protest. This charge, if it comes into force will have a severe impact on the lower paid workers.”
