CCTV footage to be viewed in assault case
TWO men have appeared in court charged with causing actual bodily harm to another man in an assault.
Justin Patrick Davis (21), of Rathmore Heights, and Anthony Joseph Kinney (20), of Dunvale, are alleged to have committed the offence on March 13.
Barrister Michael Smith said: “There is CCTV footage which might get to the crux of the matter quite quickly.”
The case against the pair was adjourned until May 6, at Ballymena Magistrates Court.
