CCTV spot leads to male's arrest
A male in Lisburn was on his way to custody after CityWatch CCTV operators saw him staggering towards a car and getting into the driver's seat and move off. Police were informed and directed to the vehicle.
On seeing police the male made a failed attempt to make off. He was arrested for Driving with Excess Alcohol.
