Celebrate St Patrick’s Day in style this year
ON March 16 the Combined Irish Regimental Associations consisting of Royal Ulster Rifles, Royal Irish Rangers, Ulster Defence Regiment and The Royal Irish Regiment will hold a St Patrick’s night Gala in the Royal British Legion in Lisburn.
The four Associations have joined together to raise funds for the Mayor’s Charity ‘Lisburn 2gether Special Olympics’ and a cheque will be presented to the Mayor on the evening.
The night will be an Irish theme with Irish Dancers, Pipe Bands and dancing to the Untouchables, a prize draw will take place with a number of prizes the main prize being a Watercolour painting by local renowned artist Lawrence Chambers, with all proceeds going to the Mayor’s Charity.
