Michelle Greer from Mencap in Ballymoney says Zumba has taken the country by storm because it is suitable for women - and men - of all shapes, sizes and abilities.

“We know that there are lots of people across the county who really enjoy Zumba on a regular basis as not only does it keep them fit, but more importantly it’s fun!

“We are hoping as many as possible will join Mencap’s first ever Zumba party and make this a hugely successful event for us.

“All the money raised will go towards the services we provide in the local area supporting both children and adults with a learning disability. With two babies born every week in Northern Ireland with a learning disability, and numbers set to increase by 14% in 2021, we need the public’s support more than ever.”
