Centre set for winter months
Eden Community Centre is set for the winter months thanks to the installation of a new gas-fired heating plant.
The state-of-the-art facility also uses under floor heating for halls and crèche areas, radiators in corridors and ventilated heating systems for changing areas.
The centre also recycles rainwater for toilets and urinal systems as a means of water conservation. Future solar heating has been catered for in the designs to provide an additional means of hot water.
