Changes ahead for Castle Hotel

PLANNERS have given the go-ahead for significant renovations to be carried out at Ballygally Castle Hotel.

The application, by the Hastings Hotel Group, included an extension to the hotel’s existing function room, along with 24 new bedrooms on two floors. These are to be located on the north-west side and linked to the existing block.

Some landscaping work was also included in the proposal.
