Charged with assault on man
A 22-year-old man was charged with assaulting a man occasioning him actual bodily harm when he appeared last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court.
Stefan Scappaticci, whose address was given as Millar Park, Lawrencetown, was also charged with disorderly behaviour at Church Square, Banbridge, on July 23 this year.
The case was adjourned until September 24.
Scappaticci was remanded on his own bail of £500 with the condition that he had no contact with the injured party. A curfew was set from 11pm until 7am.
