Charged with assaulting'¨a woman
A 38-year-old man was charged last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court with assaulting a female causing her actual bodily harm.
He was Mark Richard Pritchard, Garvaghy Church Road, Banbridge, and the offence is alleged to have happened on February 28 this year. A police officer said he believed he could connect the defendant with the charge.
A public prosecutor said a full file had been requested from the police and asked for an adjournment to August 18.
Pritchard was remanded on court bail of £500 with the conditions that he has no contact with the alleged victim and stays out of Dromara Road, Dromore.
