Charged with having cocaine and Ecstasy
A Portadown man made a first appearance on a charge sheet last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for alleged drugs charges.
He was 28-year-old Michael Baird, Annaghview Court, Portadown.
The charges against him allege that on September 7 this year he had unlawful possession of a class A drugs, cocaine and Ecstasy, with intent to supply them, unlawful possession of both drugs and unlawful possession of a class C drug, Diazepam.
A police officer said she believed she could connect the accused with the charges.
The case was adjourned until November 16 so that a full file could be obtained by the prosecution.
