Charged with having indecent image of child

Martin Henderson first appeared in Craigavon Magistrates Court last Tuesday and on the charge sheet his address was given as Carrickdale Avenue, Lurgan.

The charges against him allege that on June 6 this year he made an indecent or pseudo photograph of a child and he had in his possession an indecent or pseudo photograph of a child.

He is also accused that he distributed or showed an indecent or pseudo photograph of a child.

Henderson was remanded on bail on Tuesday but at Wednesday’s sitting of the local court his solicitor asked for the matter to be taken to Friday’s court because of the bail address.

At Friday’s court his new bail address was confirmed and he was remanded on bail to appear in court again on August 3.
