Charity fashion show organiser needs YOUR help!

A FASHION show extravaganza is being organised in October for the LauraLynn Hospice and Action Cancer - and the organiser needs YOUR help!

Cindy McKendry from Tempest and Miss Selfridge in Coleraine’s Diamond Centre is now well-known for her spectacular charity fashion events which always combine the latest runway looks along with mouth-watering raffle prizes and jaw-dropping celebrity auction prizes.

Now Cindy is turning her attention to two more charities with a view to helping them with an exciting new event this October 12.

“A little baby called Victoria inspired us to do a fashion show,” Cindy told the Times.

“Victoria lives in Lauralynn Sunshine Home Children’s Hospice in Dublin. Sharon (PICTURED ABOVE), her mummy, is a friend of my sister-in-law. Sharon dresses Victoria up in her little pink dresses every day. She loves her teddies and as they can’t go to the beach or Disneyworld, LauraLynn brings it to them.

“Sharon is over the moon that money is being raised for the Sunshine House. I have shed many tears over this as you start to become emotionally involved as it is a heartbreaking story.

“We are also raising money for Action Cancer.

“At the moment we are trying to get in some prizes - both raffle and auction - so if there is anyone who wishes to help they can get in touch with me on (028) 7035 5888.!
