‘Check It Out’ roadshow comes to refurbished library

LIBRARIES NI is inviting you to come along to a series of three Check it Out Advice Roadshows in the newly refurbished Rathfriland Library on Tuesday April 30, Tuesday, May 14, and Tuesday, May 28, from 2-4pm.

These roadshows are being held to give you the opportunity to seek advice and talk to the experts on a range of subjects, including benefit entitlement for your family, money and consumer advice and the Warm Homes Scheme NI.

The library reopened after refurbishment on April 16 so this is a great opportunity to call in and see the new library and chat to a wide range of experts who will be on hand, offering advice on how to make your life healthier and less stressful.

Mary Jo Curran, Information Services Manager with Libraries NI, explains: “One of the aims of Libraries NI is to promote key information services to the public, so by inviting other services and organisations along to this event, we can offer people in the Rathfriland area information and details of services available to them. It is vital everyone looks after their health and wellbeing so we would urge everyone to come along to these roadshows to find out what support is available to ensure a healthier lifestyle.”
