The Mayor, Alderman William Leathem said the young people who have forged links with the Warrington Peace Centre were to be congratulated.

“The Council’s Good Relations Programme has helped, facilitate links with young people in Warrington. Such engagement and dialogue has created a special relationship between our two areas and I am deeply encourage that this positive relationship has arisen out of such a terrible atrocity, some 20 years on,” said the Mayor.
