‘Chippy’ is to become a coffee bar and arcade
A PLAN has been lodged to transform a city centre ‘chippy’ into a coffee bar and amusement arcade.
The local planning office have received an application to change the use of the River Fish takeaway restaurant at 38 William Street to a coffee bar and amusement arcade.
