Christianity Explored

Newmills Church begins its much anticipated Christianity Explored course next Thursday evening, January 16.

Written by Rico Tice and Barry Cooper, Christianity Explored was first run in All Souls Church in London in 1996. Since then its popularity as a means of communicating the Gospel has become a worldwide phenomenon.

It now runs in over 50 countries throughout the world and has been translated into 20 different languages.

The course seeks to answer these 3 simple questions. Who is Jesus? Why did He come? What does it mean to follow Him? It is particularly relevant to people who have often wondered what Christianity is really all about, or been curious about who Jesus really is and why He came to Earth?

Christianity Explored is running in the Lynn Building at Newmills Church, Mossbank Road, Portadown (BT63 5NP for those with Sat Nav) every Thursday evening from January 16 until March 6 (excluding February 13).

Each evening starts with coffee and chat from 7.30pm. The course then runs from 8pm to 9.30pm and will consist of a creative mixture of Bible presentations, DVDs and group discussions.

For further queries ring the office at Newmills on 3883 2590.
