The event was well attended and featured a range of stalls manned by members of staff.

A statement from the school added: “The college has a vibrant Parent Teacher Association, re-formed a few years ago after a hiatus. The organisation now tirelessly works to put on events and co-ordinate other initiatives to help boost their funds – they in turn give back to the school by funding certain projects.

“The Christmas fair was very well attended and those who had stalls at the event were delighted with the support.

“Highlights of the night included the school choir performing Christmas songs in front of our massive roaring fire, principal Hedley Webb as the ‘tea man’ and hair styles courtesy of the school’s ‘hair and beauty’ class.

“An enjoyable night for all involved.”
