The deadly 7.8-magnitude earthquake that struck Nepal in April and killed thousands of people, devastated the city of Kathmandu and caused an avalanche on Everest.

Hundreds of thousands of people were made homeless with entire villages flattened as the main earthquake was followed by numerous aftershocks, adding to the terror and misery suffered.

The Sunday School children and Teachers are delighted that they can be such a blessing to these children living thousands of miles away.
