Churchill talk for Historical Society
BROUGHSHANE Historical Society will be holding an open meeting on Wednesday, February 23, at 7.45pm in Houston’s Mill in the village.
The speaker will be Tony Redmond who will talk on the topic of Churchillian Serendipity.
He will tell the story of Churchill’s escape and there will also be a film about the Ballymena to Cushendall railway.
All are welcome to attend the night to which admission of £2 will be charged at the door.
The Society meets every fourth Wednesday in the month, from September through to April.
