Civic Gallipoli Commemoration
Approval was sought from a Council committee on Monday night to host a commemoration of local involvement in the Gallipoli Campaign.
Council’s WWI Commemoration Working Group recommended that a wreath laying ceremony be held at the family grave of Captain John Clark MD who was fatally wounded attending a patient in a field dressing shed.
