Classic Car £4,000 gift to charity
THE chairman and committee of Eglinton Classic Car Club have thanked all those who supported their classic car show last year, which helped raise £4,000 for the charity Diabetes UK (Limavady Support Group).
This year’s show is on the April 3, at the City of Derry Rugby Club, and the chosen charity is the Sperrin Room at Altnagelvin Hospital.
The chairman, John Nixon, on behalf of the organisers appealed for continued support, as this will be the club’s 15th annual event.
