Claudy man offers reward after windows are smashed

A CLAUDY resident - whose windows were smashed in an act of vandalism in the early hours of May 7 - has offered a reward for anyone with information about the incident that might bring the culprit before the courts.

Robert Victor Faul said it was the second incident at his home in recent months and that he wants justice brought to bear.

"It's the second time this has happened. We had bother in March as well. I want to offer a reward to anyone with information about it," said Mr McFaul.

A police spokesperson stated: "We are investigating a criminal damage incident at a property on the Glenshane Road - reported to police around 1.20am this morning (7th). A similar incident was reported to police at the end of March. Enquiries are ongoing."
