A CRAIGAVON councillor has welcomed news that Bell’s Row Court and Forest Glade will be added to the Council’s cleaning schedule.
The SDLP’s Declan McAlinden said: “The SDLP was assured by the council in August 2010 that the Bells Row Court area would be added to Craigavon Borough Council’s cleansing schedule.
“This followed many complaints from local residents concerned about the state of repair the area had fallen into. However, after an initial clean-up, the council stopped cleaning the area.

Hide AdMr McAlinden said the turn around came about after much lobbying by the SDLP.
He added: “I commend local residents for their determination in wanting to fix problems in their area and to the local council for listening to their needs.”
