Today Kevin is partnered in the practice by Kieran McGeough and supported by experienced and capable staff.

The core object of the firm is to provide a comprehensive range of services to clients that supports their business needs and objectives - which in turn is evidenced by the loyalty to the firm from clients.

Kevin is pleased to confirm that when he commenced practice in 1983 he already had four clients on board on that date – those four clients are still clients today.

The team supports clients with extensive experience across many disciplines together with a wide breadth of commercial knowledge.

They offer audit, accounting, taxation, VAT and payroll services to name but a few.

Kevin and Kieran oversee the audit and accounting function of the firm with the taxation department led by Maireiosa Hamilton. Having joined Flynn and Company from a large Top Four firm, Maireiosa is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, being a Chartered Tax Advisor, as well as a Chartered Accountant and has in-depth experience of the taxation system and tax legislation. Carissa O’Hagan is responsible for the payroll bureau and is currently supporting employers facing the challenge of staff pensions with the onset of auto enrolment.

This year Stephen Haugh, from Portadown has joined the team.

Stephen will study to become a Chartered Accountant.

The firm boasts a diverse range of clients from large companies to sole traders and partnerships across a wide range of business sectors.

Regardless of the size of the client or the nature of their trade a key aim is to provide the same high level of service.

They have also built up a number of key relationships with individuals from other sectors, including banking, legal and government departments that help support clients’ needs.
